Very interesting and enlightening. Learned a lot of things that had previously been withheld by the government. Reasons why Jesse James became the man he was. It saddened me to find out what his family was put thru by the government and the Pinkerton Agency.

It's beautiful here and you can feel the history oozing out of the ground. They've done a wonderful job preserving the farm!

The James Farm is not nearly as interesting as the Pony Express Museum and his house up in St. Joseph, Missouri, but it's still worth a visit. You have to pay for guided tours, although you can still walk around the farm for free and at your own pace.

Very friendly staff.. Enjoyed learning about the James family..

Very neat to see, the tour is very controlled and for good reason. The house neat and very old. No touching allowed. Tour guide was young and a little inexperienced. Admission was a little pricey, use your AAA for a small discount.
