Denise is the person to do deal with. It's important to check that the vehicle has been properly serviced. Do this at an INDEPENDENT place. I always do this and problems turned up. Additionally, ensure to work with the owner or one of the owner's sons. The sales manager and the other sales person I worked with cut corners, got caught, did damage control and then repeated the whole thing until I couldn't deal with it any longer and got out of the deal. The owner is aware of all the above and I recommended that Denise have oversight of the sales crew. A family business does not need employees setting them up for endless problems. In the end, it isn't worth it. Denise needs to be kept in the loop and she was let down badly in my view. She has extensive experience and will do the right thing by you. If things had gone as advertised, there would be 5 stars but it became a nightmare which the higher ups did put right. That's a good thing.
